CQ Partner Program Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the CQ Business Management Software Partner Program (“Program”) operated by CQ Business Management Software (“CQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for the Program, you (“Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in the Program.


2. Program Overview

The CQ Partner Program allows approved partners to introduce businesses that may benefit from CQ Business Management Software. When a referred business becomes a paying customer, the Partner may earn commission in accordance with these Terms.

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by CQ. CQ reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.


3. Referrals

A referral is considered valid when:

CQ reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.


4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using a 120-day tracking cookie.

If a prospective customer clicks a Partner’s referral link, the referral will be attributed to that Partner for 120 days from the time of the initial click.

If the referred business becomes a paying customer within this period, the Partner will be eligible for commission in accordance with these Terms.

If multiple referral links are used, CQ reserves the right to determine which Partner is credited for the referral.


5. Commission Structure

Approved partners will receive commission based on the following structure:

Commission payments are made monthly once customer payments have been successfully received and cleared by CQ.

CQ may delay payments to account for refund periods or billing disputes.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details and complying with any applicable tax obligations.

CQ reserves the right to withhold commissions where fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are suspected.


7. Self-Referrals and Abuse

Partners may not refer their own company or attempt to earn commission by purchasing CQ subscriptions for their own use through their referral link.

CQ reserves the right to reject referrals or withhold commission where activity is deemed fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.

CQ reserves the right to modify the Partner Program, commission structure, or these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
